Employers FAQ

How many jobs can I post for free on PolyCareers?

Employers can post up to two free job advertisements on PolyCareers, each with a standard duration of 30 days.

How many jobs can I purchase at a time?

You can purchase up to 10 job postings in a single transaction. If you wish to post more than 10 jobs, you will need to initiate another purchase.

After how many days does a job post expire?

Job posts automatically expire after 30 days unless renewed or removed earlier by the employer.

How do you handle biases in your system?

Our AI-driven system is designed to exclude considerations based on user's name, location, race, color, religion, sex, or any other discriminatory factors. Our focus is on skills and qualifications to promote a fair and inclusive recruitment process, compliant with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

What is your data retention policy?

Our data retention practices comply with PIPEDA and the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for fulfilling the purposes identified in our privacy policy or as required by law.

Do you have multiple templates which I can use to build my resume?

We offer a variety of templates that are being continuously expanded. You will soon have the ability to preview and download your resumes in multiple formats to suit different job applications.

Is my resume/CV shared with employers?

Your resume is only shared with the employers for the positions you choose to apply for, maintaining strict control and privacy over your personal information.

What security measures do you have in place to protect my data?

We implement robust cybersecurity measures including data encryption, secure access protocols, and regular security audits to ensure the protection of your personal and professional information, in compliance with industry standards and provincial regulations.
